As the first in a series of bi-annual books from Super7 about the world of Japanese kaiju [monsters], we wanted to create something that felt more like an archive and less disposable. The photo essays run for the first 3/4 on high-gloss, while the corresponding articles in back are printed on uncoated stock, all slipping into an ultra-heavy foil-stamped slipcase.
