The Seattle bank's Report of Affordable Housing highlights its successful community lending programs by sharing personal stories of participants. The goal was to make a sound case for the need for affordable housing, especially during a time when federal funding for such projects is being cut. We preceded the case stories with blunt facts about homelessness and housing problems, designed so that photos next to the statistics seem to be fading. 52 pages, 5 3/4 x 7 1/2, perfect-bound, 4-color and PMS throughout.
