This Hyperwall, for display at Apple's annual Worldwide Developer Conference is a kinetic representation of the 50,000 most popular apps in Apple's App Store, and the constant, real-time rate at which they're downloaded. After 10,800 apps filled the wall, they cascaded downward and the process continued. The Hyperwall was constructed using 30 Mac Pro towers and 30 synchronized LED Cinema Displays and was an innovative way to illustrate the momentum of the App Store to the individuals responsible for fueling the phenomenon.
