Awarded annually to any individual working in the five boroughs, the Prize welcomes those with the grit and vision to change our communities, culture and future for good. I wanted to create a piece that shows one of the best places and moments in the city: a view of Central Park on a summer afternoon, with people relaxing and doing their own thing.”
