This field-to-glass spirit is born of winter rye planted and harvested by the distiller. Each botanical is distilled individually, then blended together to create a bright and fresh gin with the softness and depth of an early summer rain. Solveig is a traditional Scandinavian woman’s name that combines the elements of sun (sól) and strength (veig).”
