To increase awareness and drive donations, the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill abandoned get-well imagery and instead focused on the reality of families with seriously-ill children. The images began in an annual report, which became a brochure, and then a fully integrated campaign with a Web site, posters, video, identity package and Web banners.
