Worked for me
This moisturiser was so hydrated and I even feel as though it made my skin brighter and tighter. This is perfect for me as that was exactly what I needed in my skin. As well as this it also has cute packaging and compared to many other moisturisers it was cheep too. I will always use the ordinary as I love this brand so much.

A nourishing moisturiser for combination skin
With skin that can be categorised as combination AND sensitive I'm always battling to get the balance right ... how to keep my skin hydrated, yet not break out, yet not damage my skin barrier. I believe this moisturiser tackles exactly that as it's a thicker moisturiser, with ceramides, that's suitable for oilier skin types. I do think in the summer it might be a bit rich to wear during the day on top of the usual hydrating serum, underneath a hydrating SPF but I shall keep using it on top of my retinals at night!

Excellent daily moisturiser
I have used this for the last few weeks, morning and evening. It feels slightly rich but it sinks in well - I don’t usually get on with rich moisturisers this really works for me. It is also a great base for makeup and spf, I’ve found. Both sit nicely on top of it. It’s a great price for a large amount that will last for ages. Recommended!

Good moisturiser but too much for day use
The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors Beta Glucan is very moisturising and feels too much for me to use during the day. That does mean it was a great night moisturiser and to helps to keep skin hydrated in between retinol uses. It doesn’t irritate and leaves the skin soft and it doesnt have a strong aroma but if you like fragranced products this may not be for you. I also used it on a dry area of my shin and it was perfect at restoring moisture so overall a good product.

Great Moisturiser
I didn’t like the original NMF cream as the texture was too thick and it broke me out, so I went in opened minded for this Beta Glucan version and oh wow! This texture is gel and works soooo much better for me. I only use this of an evening, and it does take a while to absorb, but as I’m going to bed this doesn’t bother me. This is a no frills moisturiser but it deeply hydrates and hasn’t caused any reaction with my sensitive skin. Knocked a star off for the price. I understand The Ordinary have increased their prices like everyone at the moment, but this pushes them out from an affordable brand to a mid range brand.
