"Barrymore's, a nightclub in Lincoln, Nebraska, wanted to promote their ‘Jazz after hours’ event with musician Darryl White. We needed a poster with a direct tie to both the nightclub and the music, so illustration seemed the best choice. The limited-edition, silk-screened posters were stolen as soon as soon as they were put up."
