Convinced of its great gastronomic potential, 46 renowned chefs from all over the province graciously accepted to pay homage to the proficiency of our producers. The book is perforated to represent both the animal's nostrils and the fact that the recipes use all parts of the animal, from snout to tail! On the cover, the illustrated face of a pig is colored in a palette of festive shades inspired by local tradition and know-how. The pig even sports a bow tie to symbolize the nobility associated with this animal."
