“FH Oscar is a modern typeface designed in a sans serif–grotesque structure. It has been created by taking inspiration from the structures of leading Grotesk fonts, Akzidenz Grotesk and Breie Grotesk, that were designed at the end of the 19th century; today, these are reputed to be tools of modern design understanding. FH Oscar works on both screens and editorial designs. To make the font contemporary, I created normal and condensed versions.”
