To respect the rich and precarious industrial history of the Griffintown quarter located in Montréal, two real estate promoters wanted to create a sense of belonging and pride to those within its community and amongst its future residents. Inspired by the historical richness of its location, the brochure is representative and reminiscent of the architecture of this particular site. 44 pages, 8 3/4 x 14 3/4, saddle-stitched, 4-color, UV spot varnish, cover embossed and die-cut.
