Mural for a new museum in Tampa about the history of the cigar industry there. This was one of the factories in Ybor City around 1920 that produced hand-rolled cigars. They had this man sitting on a perch all day, reading to the workers from books and newspapers. 32 x 26, acrylic on gessoed canvas.
