“An illustration for the game Pathfinder’s Book of the Dead supplement book for all things necromancy in its universe,” says Damien Mammoliti. “I was taken with portraying spirits that weren’t meant to be terrifying or grotesque, but rather like ancestors or near-forgotten souls. It was a fun challenge to include some personality within the subjects.”
